Patchwork not passing MIDI info to my plugin (ProTools)

I'm using DMXIS by ENTTEC (AU) in my BlackCatAudio PatchWork.

Midi note ON usually triggers Bank (channel 15) and Preset (ch 16 changes in the DMXIS plugin to change my lighting scenes.

Patchwork is not sending notes

If I BYPASS Patchwork, then ENABLE it again and press play, the midi notes will pass from PatchWork to DMXIS. Once I press STOP and then PLAY again, the DMXIS is not receiving any midi data from Patchwork.

Furthermore, if I make any innocuous changes within Patchwork, the midi notes in my DAW will pass through Patchwork ... but after I press STOP, any further transmission of midi notes will not trigger.

It's almost as if Patchwork is only passing info upon first "PLAY". Once I hit stop and try to play again, no notes are being passed.

Is there anything I can do?
