Hi there,
I'd like to update Logic Pro to the newest version (10.7.3) and therefore I am trying to figure out what plug ins will work with Mac OS Monterey.
M1 Support ist not needed (yet) because I am still on an Intel Mac, the old "trash can" Mac Pro 6.1.
Most of my plug ins seem to be ready now but FXpansion "Geist2" hasn't been updated since the beginning of 2020.
I couldn't find any information if it will function in Mac OS 12.
What I found here on KVR is that the development of "Geist2" sadly has been cancelled...
Does anyone know if "Geist2" is compatible with Mac OS Monterey and Logic 10.7.3?
Thanks in advance!

Thank You for the quick answer!
works here just fine.
on monterey 12.3, running rosetta because i'm on apple silicon. but if you're on intel it should run for a long time w/o any problem.
see screen grab. logic 10.7.3, monterey 12.3

it's buggy for me but i'm on apple silicon. no idea if that's the issue. it loads and seems to work ok as an audio unit in logic but sequencer doesn't indicate what step it's on.
in live as a vst2 it's really buggy. interface is sluggish. mostly seems to be the sequencer. i can edit drum sounds fine and apply modulation etc.. but the sequencer acts weird. also had some issue loading a preset which threw up an error.. but didn't crash.
if you're on an apple intel system it might work better.

I'm not managing to get any of the old FXPansion plugins installed on Monterey. It's a fresh Mac rather than an upgrade on top of previous.
Has anyone had any joy in this scenario?
