Now I'm afraid that if I were to order some Harem pants too, then it would be one with this thread's lost point that has been condensed into a poker that would hit right in those mentioned bits. That would be bit reducer.kritikon wrote: Fri Apr 01, 2022 1:25 am I dunno - to the wearer harem pants might be very comfortable - lots of breeze around the bits that don't see daylight, sort of thing.

Page 6 and we still haven't deviated from the topic: "Bargin (?) Bin Junk".
We're losing our touch.

If I added up all the time I've spent scrolling past Plug & Mix / Nomad Factory sales in JRRshop, it would be days of my life

Awesome you know all your synths and can make any sound you have in your head. I didn't know compression was so easy to learn how to use properly.whyterabbyt wrote: Fri Apr 01, 2022 8:52 ammtelesha wrote: Thu Mar 31, 2022 5:39 pm We need a handful of synths a few compressors and a few other things. Yeah, I learned how to use this one delay plugin, but getting to grips with a second one has proved impossible, its just too different, my brain cant cope.
I mean, I know what the 'delay time' control does on the first one, but for the life of me, WTF does it do on that other one?
And the second one doesnt have a control for 'mix' but it does have extra ones called 'dry' and a 'wet'. WTF, is this an underwater delay?
f**k me, its all so complicated.
Its also why Ive subsisted on buttered toast for the past 40 years, Ive only been able to remember that one recipe.
Seriously learning your tools is more than clicking a preset and saying sounds nice. It was really hard to get a good sound when I went into a new studio because I wasn't experienced with their stuff.
When you go into an analog hardware focus studio they have two or three compressors a channel strip, a few effects and a handful of other tools. It cost them tens of thousands of dollars. Now we have hundreds of plugins and well the final mix tells you who knows their stuff.

Bitwig is my DAWs and UHe and Tracktion Synths are my Bae. I maybe buy one synth a year. REMEMBER SELF just one synth a year!
