Opinion time.

I always wondered which kind of MIDI learn/remote system people prefer. I used to use the Control Link system in Studio One, and also tried Novation's Automap for some time, but, switched to the VST(i)'s own MIDI learn system at some point. Which of course means that, for some plugins which don't have MIDI learn and fixed MIDI CC's for its parameters, like Largo, I had to set up a custom MIDI mapping program on my controller.

What are you guys using?

I thought you use Automap though, not fish.

Its possible you are remembering correctly. I used automap until about 10 years ago but I prefer Live's midi mapping.
