microtonal tuning software question

This is taken from a facebook question someone asked but strangely enough I saw it when i was about to ask the same thing - anyway, maybe someone here has some input...

Has anyone here used both MTS-ESP Suite and Infinitone DMT? Do they overlap in functionality a lot? If so, any preference? Any other apps with similar functionality to consider?

Check you dont already have a micro tuning device in your DAW already.

I was looking at these wondering what it was all about only to find Bitwig already has a Microtuning device called Micro-Pitch that appears to do the exact same thing. You just slot it in front of your device, choose a new scale and off you go.

I'm also interested in the topic, but I've only used the freebie from ODDSound, so I can't say more than that.

Sorry, never used the 2 you mention.

But Omnisphere 2 has a good selection of micro tuning possibilities.
Some get really ticklish on my ears, but in a good way.

Certainly plenty of other options, here's a list to get you going.

I've used DMT, just not sure about the "Infinitone" part
