Recently bought Reaktor 6 and GRIP is utterly wonderful. Just as you said, it does weird and keeps the musicality. Cataliz by Blinksonic is a future buy as it looks to be the next step up from GRIP.MRT wrote: Wed Jan 13, 2021 1:43 pm
GRIP is one of my favorites. I do not do a lot of "sound design", but when I want something different Grip is a good bet.
It can get wierd and still sound musical

Yes, but awesome. Ok, it's off topic, but I also love Rhythmic Robot's stuff and I won't miss a chance to give them some props for getting it right.nanostream wrote: Mon Apr 04, 2022 7:50 pmKontakt instruments, it seems.Halonmusic wrote: Mon Apr 04, 2022 6:52 pm Anything from Rhythmic Robot. Thanks for mentioning these! I have Kursk running now, found a great combo right away, and the preset titles reminded me of the Kursk sea tragedy. Perhaps the author lost a friend or family memberNeon Breath wrote: Sun Apr 03, 2022 8:17 pm
Have you ever tried OreKore's ensembles? They are quite unique, obscure as hell and weird. Lots of them are sample based. Give them a shot!
