Real-Time remote band practice tools and services

Hello music makers,
What tools or services have you been using for online band practice / real-time remote collaboration, and what are the most relevant features you are looking for?

I haven't used it yet but I've heard this one actually works pretty well from someone who is using it in Florida jamming with another person in NY. It's a peer to peer platform that supposedly has very little latency.
