extract indexed CDA tracks as separate files?

Just bought a very nice Bob Clearmountain percussion CD for 50 bucks, but the samples are stored as CD audio, each instrument a different track and each sample a different index within that track.
That sucks, 'cause all the CD extractors I've tried completely ignore track indicies thus joining the different samples as one single file - not very usable. And I'm not patient enought to manually cut 475 samples.
So: anyone know of a piece of software that can extract each indexed sample to a separete file?
thanks

this problem seems to come up regularly on here - you need a freeware prog called wavknife which detects the gaps and slices accordingly

thanks - it works great. And free is very cheap.
I almost considered buying AT-rip, that could do the job for 18$. Pretty expensive for a program that couldn't have taken more than a day to write
