Wanted to do this one for a long time...

Many things wrong with the world & a BIG ONE was Arguru passing-




Otherwise Aodix would probably be the the KING of Trackers.....

We'll just have to be grateful for what we got...THANKS ARGURU, YOU RULE STILL!!!

Known for his creative nature with Trackers and GENEROUS as well...

Yes, Many Trackers were unfinished but he did finish ALOT of plugins including DirectWave which Image-Line bought...He started DiscoDSP & plenty out from there...

One of my favorite plugins is his HighLife Sampler which you can load in & sample ANOTHER VSTi to create a rendered instrument....

Of course without his releasing source on NoiseTrekker2 there would not have been a NoiseTrekker3 thus no renoise either...

There also would not be the PROTREKKR which I had posted here earler...

No matter what, and I have tried EVERY Tracker-Piano Roll combo...EVERY ONE! And Aodix 4.2 is the BEST implementation of the combo in a 'tickless' environment where you can drag notes around & even slide them underneath one-another...




I had a crash some years ago & lost a number of Aodix projects (From a rootkit, not the tracker) But I do have an intro I made using Aodix 4.2 and banging out notes on the QWERTY & using a Joystick for pitchbends on Fretless Harmonics-

Wow Winstontaneous!...Probably BEST compliment ever!...Percy Jones my favorite Bassist EVER!...In fact I was just listening to BrandX tunes last night....Malaga Virgen, DMZ, Disco Suicide, Masques...ETC...

Yeah, I guess in a very small way that intro might sound 'a bit' like a Percy thing but only someone very knowledgeable would actually have caught it...

I played fretted & fretless bass myself from mid 1970's to mid 1980's...In 1978 I bought the Brand X album 'Moroccan Roll'...Didn't know anything about Brand X, I just bought it based on the cover & info on it & seeing they are passing a joint around...

After reading the desc for Morris Pert I decided to buy...I thought "They are either complete idiots or incredible geniuses" Turned out the latter in a major way...

BTW...From MEMORY here Perts Desc was-

Morris Pert - Percussion, and a vast number of things he hit while the tape was running, including the QE 2, Idi Amin & undiscovered parts of Scotland...

Front Cover...COOL! And to top the music sounds like a fusion band in Morocco! I also got the play on words 'More-Rock-An-Roll'...
