I´d like to hear from people who have already sold a Steinberg license. Did that work`?

I have just made the experience that as Steinberg support doesn´t seem to work I couldn´t transfer the license and the buyer cancelled the process after 11 days of waiting.

It should additionally be mentioned that the Steinberg resale wizard does currently not work (maintenance) for at least those 11 days, too.

U-he has managed two transfers for me within hours! already. What´s wrong with SB?

Which Steinberg software? Which version of it?

Edit: Oh wait, is it about Groove Agent 5? viewtopic.php?p=8394549#p8394549 If it is, then you already got the answer. Steinberg doesn't need to do anything. You have to send the buyer your license on a USB eLicenser, and deactivate the USB eLicenser in your MySteinberg.

The license is stored on a soft eLicenser!

I told you. You must move the license to a USB eLicenser, and then ship the USB eLicenser to the buyer. There is no other way.
