Ha, my first thought was about how much time i would've saved not having to edit barking dogs off of mixes. Primarily by less professional recorders in more populous areas and off of field recordings. That and the time it takes tp care for them (feeding, walking, cleaning up dogshit). The world would certainly be better off without said problems but considering the bigger scheme of things they belong as much as any creature.
