purchased plugin alliance plugs but did not pay transfer fee yet, can i lose them?

I got a few plugs from knobcloud, ebay etc, but i have to wait for vouchers or pay the $20 transfer fee, is it possible that the seller can reclaim them if i still did not pay the fee to own them?

Not that I'm aware of... I've had licenses sit on my account for a couple of months while I waited for a megasale voucher, once they're on your account they're nothing to do with the seller. I guess he could go to PA with some BS story but ultimately he would have requested the transfer so doubt they'd do anything without some kind of proof, you'd have PP receipts so...
