Valhalla Delay or Arturia Delay Eternity?

Valhalla can do much more than almost any delay. I'm using it for creating soundscapes and special effects. It's more a comprehensive delay tool than "delay plugin for delay effect". So, options...a lot of creative options in it.

Valhalla has far more options, Eternity doesn't try to do as much. It's also down to the sound, and I think Valhalla wins that too. But I still love my Eternity. I recommend both

I use Valhalla delay extensively, but that white Arturia echo has a really good sound and gets a lot of use too.

If Valhalla only had ducking controls for every mode, it would be perfect. But I mean this in the sense that it's so good that it's very close to perfect.

Valhalla without a doubt. More features & modes while sounds fantastic!
Tho, I do not own any of 2, because my need for delays is fulfilled with stock plugins (Logic & Live) and some 3rd party plugins (AD Dubstation 2, SM Diffusion, AU Sandman Pro, etc...).
Demoed Valhalla a couple of times, loved it, but I'm still on the fence, which means my money stays on my pocket.

Both are awesome, however I really like the Arturia delays modulation options with envelope followers and lfos.
I can't lie to you about your chances, but... you have my sympathies.

I would say Replika XT is slighly better, and Soundtoys is good too, but Valhalla Delay is good value for sure. And the "Diffusion" setting is INCREDIBLE.
I did a video I comparing Valhalla Delay to EchoBoy from Soundtoys AND Replika XT. As you’ll see in the video, each plugin brings a unique set of features to the table and you’ll get to hear all three in action. I also demo the amazing DIFFUSION mode in Valhalla delay if interested. If this breaks any rules, feel free to remove the post reply.
