Plugin alternative for this digitech autotune effect?

I've been looking for a vocal sound similar to that heard in digital love by daft punk and fireflies by owl city for a while now, and regular autotune and vocoders haven't really cut it for me. This video really blew my mind, that's exactly the type of effect I've been looking for. Anyone know any plugins with which I could achieve a similar effect? I'd like to be able to control it with midi notes and have pitch bends as seen in the vid. Thank you!!!

Brian Eno also used the Digitech Vocalist for "Another Day on Earth" and I haven't heard a plugin that sounds similar.

A very sought after effect, but they are hard to find. I've just assumed some plugin developer will get their hands on one and model it eventually. I never managed to find any way to get that sound in software land.
EDIT: didn't actually watch the video and now saw this was a Vocalist instead of a Talker pedal, which would be more authentic for the DP sound.
