Hello

Im trying to emulate and get Bass guitar sound with VST , below is my target

the original is dirtier and less bright so some LP filtering could help. some RC20 or vinyl type effect will help make it sound a little less digital too.
the pitching up really gives it away so play with the length of the automation and the curve.
Seems like the natural thing to do is move you hand up quickly at the start as a somewhat jerky move.

It's not bad so far but I'm far from a bass guitar knowledgeable person.

Aye, sounds like some type of light modulation going on.

Also, the original sounds to have some room ambience so maybe a nice short ambience reverb, or maybe a different cab setting?

Getting there already anyway.

I think it is a combination of flanger or phaser and a bit of reverb.

added A bit flanger+ Lp filtering +eq and little Room Reverb

I dont hear a flanger or anything like that but if other do then maybe IDK? but perhaps very slightly mixed in with it.
It was better the first try.
Try just slightly dampening it and use some slight vinyl wobble plugin on it.
