I am sure he is just jokingly making that up.
That said there is a preview version, 1.8.26 that brings apple native support.

Will V2 be bringing new features or a new look? I haven't kept up with this very well even though I sub and use Kilohearts plugins often, oops.

Kilohearts V2 will come directly after the new version of Soundtoys, Zebra 3 and the Orange Vocoder from Zynaptiq. Stay tuned!

It's only a ball ache waiting because I find your products so useful and inspiring - if they were drab, no-one would be impatiently asking 'when V2 is coming' - so developers - please take my impatience as a compliment

I must admit it does seem to be slower than I expected, the tease almost a year ago doesn't help!
X32 and 24C mixers, S88MK3, Live + PUSH 3, Osmose, RedShift 6, Pro3, S4, Tempera, Syntakt, Digitone, OP1-F, OPXY, TR-1000, Eurorack, TD27 Drums, Guitars, Basses, Amps and of course lots of pedals!

I hope this doesn't turn out to be like Urs Heckman's post on the U-he forum in 2013 suggesting Zebra 3.jules99 wrote: Wed Mar 09, 2022 8:32 am They previewed V2 last summer in a live stream:

May 13th 2022 --- WTF --- has this company gone bankrupt ?
or are they doing a merger or something ?
- the delay on V2 is now in the realms of "maybe never gonna happen".
- If the release comes and is NOT buggy , then the delay will be justified .
