Replicate Synth sound in Sylenth1

Hello, I'm trying to replicate the synth sounds (Starts at 9sec of the track) from Years (Moglii Remix) in Sylenth...



It sounds simple and warm but I can't figure out how to program sylenth1 to achieve this sound.

Can anyone help?

It's saw chords with the filter quite low but open and closing kinda like a synth brass sound
