My main and only user account became little glitchy. ( Logic had blank window in Rosetta mode ) So I created another user account, which, even thou made me reauthorize most of the plugins, doesn’t have any of the glitches that the old user account has.
But now some of the plugins that I authorized for new account lost authorizations on the old account.
Is there a directory where I can install all AU and VST plugins so they would work for all user accounts ?

btw, creating of new user or reauthorizing plugins and moving Kontakt libraries folder to directory “user” so both accounts can access Kontakt libraries, somehow made my original user account even more glitchy. The finder takes about 2 minutes to wake up after boot. And when opening Kontakt in Logic ( in native mode because in Rosetta the Logic window is blank ) Kontakt instance crashes immediately.

Many years ago I had trouble with my main user account and installing plug ins. I created another account which solved the problem that started the whole thing but created a bunch of new problems. After weeks of frustration, I installed the OS again and all the problems disappeared. Yes, I had to authorise some plug ins and but it took me only about an hour most and was quite painless comparing the time I wasted with the accounts.

Did you reinstall from backup or did fresh reinstall ? Did you resintall plugins one by one or copy pasted them from the preciouses install ?

I did a fresh install. Re-installing OS did not wipe out any of my plug ins. It was many years ago so I don't remember whether that was from disk or net.
