Was thinking oh now yet another Drum sampler. Then I tried it and for some odd reason I like the feel, the sound (stretch algorithms) of it. Interface is quite good. Finally a decent Battery replacement for me.
Yet another TAL "winner".
Imagine having DAC emulation from TAL sampler in this.
Anyway these guys are really good. Highly recommended.

Sincerely hope developers will not add every silly idea from this thread and that they will keep the spirit of this machine as simple as it is. I am not against improvements as long as basic idea of a workflow remain same - simple
If you need something more complicated buy something else.

Version 1.0.3 / 21.04.2022
A right click on a pad opens a dialog to assign the pad's sample to it's neighbour pads with chromatic pitch.
Double click shows the whole waveform also in the slice view.
Selected pad better visible (brighter border color).
CTRL or SHIFT + Right-Arrow-Key in the file browser now loads the current selected sample or preset.
Unnecessary sample loading in some cases fixed.

1.04 with Truncate and Lock pad is up
Version 1.0.4 / 24.04.2022
Version 1.0.4 / 24.04.2022
rspNon-destructuve (sic) sample truncate added. Set sample start and end. Right click on the waveform in the SAMPLE view -> Truncate.
Lock single pads to keep them while changing presets, make chromatic or applying slices. Right click on pad -> Lock.
Random gap problem fixed when assigning slices to pads.

Seems like the truncate function messes up the slicing - the slices are based on the original full-length sample rather than the truncated version shown on the slice display.

on the brink of purchasing but found a potential dealbreaker: I can't yet find a way to automate the top row (pitch, filter) for the entire pad incl all mappings/layers within.
I'd really need to be able to automate the whole pad's main parameters (eg pitch, filter) from the daw. This seems not possible. Am I missing something?
A workaround could be to resample a multi-sample pad back down to a single layer/mapping, and then automate that layer.
otherwise, the interface, sound and general design ethos are all spot on, love it
