You could do a forum search for "how to play drums", it equals this one in ... well, madness.

Cool! - although as it says on the Japanese over the top - they're not actually playing it, but, like Beatmania or those other beat-matching games, just by hitting 2 keys at the correct time, you can 'play' the melody (which is part of the software) correctly

The guys playing are the creators of the Nintendo DS!
