I'm looking to have some control over a granular plugin where I can scrub forward or backward through a waveform to get effects like Tipper is getting in this tune

(link starts at the section, but it's 00:17 to 00:36)

Anyone know of a plugin that does this, that is:
-ideally not a reaktor effect or Max 4 Live thing. I'm open to it, but it's not my preference
-has a nice GUI. In a perfect world, I could mouse right on the waveform to scrub it instead of turning a knob or slider

If you do similar type effects in your music, what do you use?

Well, there is PitchTime Player, a free Max for Live Device. It's fun to play with.
Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.
