In addition to the Pulasar-23, I also ordered one of these:

https://curiousaudio.us/product/audity- ... amplifier/
Mine should look more or less like that, but with black knobs. It's intended for electro-acoustic experiments and re-amping.
I also saw that Swart have 5w and 20w two channel amps and a stereo cab... and I find that pretty compelling.

That thing is pretty neat. And yeah Swart has some nice stuff too. Likely I will buy anotherjustin3am wrote: Tue Apr 26, 2022 5:24 pm In addition to the Pulasar-23, I also ordered one of these:

bigger amp from them next year, though I haven't decided on which yet. Possibly the MOD84
for the EL-84 tube flavor. Not to replace, but to add to my collection

But of course! I just love small amps.
When I first started tracking, I learned a lot of tricks to get a 4x12 to sound the way I wanted when mic'd. The first time I worked with an old blue guitarist, he just had a little combo amp and it was sooooo much easier to get a good sound captured. I'm not trying to blow anyone out of their seat when I'm recording so I generally prefer a 5-20w amp with a single speaker.

Definitely I like the small amps, though I still need to use the attenuator to turn the Atomic Jrjustin3am wrote: Tue Apr 26, 2022 8:29 pmBut of course! I just love small amps.![]()

up to 11 as it's still too loud for my place, at 5 watts. Swart's attenuator is super nice, though
pretty expensive. It adds a lineout as well, though I believe it bypasses the attenuation so
I haven't tried it yet.

Fusion Box came today-
At first I thought it was broken, but the 'colour' knob should really be called Filter because it will filter out all of the delay effect. Will be at the top 1/7 all the time down from the very top because it's needed to filter out the fuzz.
I love the tone. On 'long' it is typical delay effect, 'short' gets into flanges with MOD making for a GREAT weird sound... Using the modulation on long isn't really usable for me since it is a stereo delay/ no separation between L/R out. Finally, pushing this to feedback is all the beans!
8/10 nice addition to my Odyssey if pricy
