Any update for the Odyssey yet?
Got an email from support a couple of weeks ago that they were looking into it but haven't heard anything since.
Any update for the Odyssey yet?
I did. It showed updated versions for everything except Odyssey. Everything current by that. Problem still exists. No other word from support other than the acknowledgement you got them started on. (Thank you, BTW, but it feels as if they've dropped the ball again or just hoping I'm placated enough to stop bothering them.)
I just checked, and on macOS there's a new 1.4.0 version of the Odyssey dated April 22. From the release notes (https://support.korguser.net/hc/en-us/a ... RP-Odyssey) it looks like this may have been a macOS-only release.BBFG# wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 3:29 amI did. It showed updated versions for everything except Odyssey. Everything current by that. That's right. Windows still shows 1.3.x only. So is there an update coming soon?danatkorg wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 5:22 amI just checked, and on macOS there's a new 1.4.0 version of the Odyssey dated April 22. Well, thanks for your previous effort, but I'm effectively back where we started. No communication and still no solution.danatkorg wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 8:28 pm Re the questions about opsix and Odyssey, above: I'm at Korg R&D in California. My group's current products are the wavestate, modwave, and wavestate native, along with the related editors and Sample Builder. So, unfortunately I don't always have the latest information on other group's product lines. In general, the best path for support on these plug-ins is to use the Korg App Help Center at https://support.korguser.net/hc/en-us, including the contact form at https://support.korguser.net/hc/en-us/requests/new.
