The all new v2 synths should be 100% wave set editing capable. But v1 synths that are "upgraded" to v2 only have some added v2 presets with the additional wave sets. The existing v1 presets are not upgraded because that would require additional wave sets that don't exist.Echoes in the Attic wrote: Wed Apr 27, 2022 11:26 pm
I already installed the free syntronik 2 cs and use that for my syntronik 1 synths, but want the editing. So I guess I either upgrade v1 to v2 (which I think upgrades all the synths you already have to editing capable, or am I wrong?), or I do the group buy, which will make available only the synths that I get new as V2 for editing, and abandon those from V1?
One plus is that all instruments will run in the free Syntronik 2 CS version. However, the v1 presets will behave the same as always, but without the enhanced editing capabilities of the v2 editor. Only the presets specifically made for v2 can do that.
