BCR2000 and FL Studio

Hi all,

I'm having a real challenging time trying to get FL Studio to work with my BCR2000 ...

This is what I can do...
By using the MIDI out plug-in, I can assign the BCR2000 controls to the control settings on the MIDI out control (Example : CC0 - CC127)
When saving the project, and reloading it - FL will update the BCR2000 with the last recorded value.
This is great, however ...

What I want to do...
How can I link, lets say parameter control knobs on Vanguard to the behringer so that when I reload the project, the MIDI Out control knob updates Vanguard with the last recorded value?

Or am I going about this whole thing the wrong way?
