I just got a free two month trial with Readly which includes current and back issues of CM not to mention a tonne of other audio mags. This gives me access to all of the Computer Music downloads for the last 5ish years, though bear in mind that some, but not all, premium downloads from third parties will probably have expired.
True regarding the premium downloads expiration, as I have encountered that. But the CM downloads will still be there, including the new CM plugins archive version 2 in issue #308.

I use Zinio.

A (digital) issue of CM costs 4,80 € there.
Buying in Zinio will entitle you to the software as well?

It doesn't matter where you buy the CM mag from. I bought a few back issues from pocketmags.com and they work as well.

$3.99 for the current issue here https://pocketmags.com/computer-music-magazine

Yeah. They set up a site where you can download the digital content: https://www.filesilo.co.uk/

The "proof" that you own the mag issue, digitally or not, is done by a query like "Which word shows up on page 39 in the first paragraph.
