CLA himself said the pitch portion of the fx plugin was an Eventide H3000 in a sort of bite your tongue moment when demoing for Waves. Sounds like he didn't wanna give away that fact in that moment. That said, we can safely assume one of the three settings is based on an H3000 program. If I recall correctly, it was the Spreader he was referring to.
A few notable alternatives include Eventide's own H3000 plugin, Eventide Ultrachannel, Soundtoys Microshift and a handful of other pitch shifters that work similarly to an H3000.
Would be curious if anybody else knows more details on the CLA fx.
OP, just curious but moving off Waves?

No I love waves plugins, 70% of plugins i own are waves.
I just want to use same type of chorusing effect on other instruments not just vocals or bass

There's also Micropitch by Eventide, in the H9 series.
It makes sense that CLA would be using the hardware H3000, because that's what I think most pro engineers in commercial studios would have used before to achieve the widening/spread effect.

If you wanna hear what the hardware h3000 sounds like in his rack, look up cla and muse on youtube. I think it's posted on mix with the masters' channel if I recall correctly but he plays the h3000 micro pitch shift program on the solo of a Muse song and blends it. Worth checking out

Also you can get the same effect in the Waves universe with the CLa fx plugin, not just the one for bass and vocals. The fx plugin is more multipurpose and be had on those frequent sales for 29.99 usd
