Hey :)

On my never-ending quest to find new interesting software, gonna ask my favorite board: What's your favorite weird effects, vsts/max for live/reaktor ensembles that go beyond your usual stuff!
Things like zynaptiq morph, unfiltered audio specOps, NI molekular, grm tools...

You can be creative in any right place on Earth, and not only in the wealthiest cities. Bring the world feelings from everywhere, and not only feelings of capitalistic or jail environment.

EchoMelt by Psychicmodulation is so good and I still love Permut8 for Mangling audio.

Boom Library Enrage is a fantastic, modular multi-effect with audio quality that is hard to beat. It makes an appearance in every one of my sessions.

I love Freakshow Industries

Hm, I didn’t know about that one. Looks like a more affordable alternative to MXXX.

The grand poobah of them all is Melda’s MXXX. Pricey, but you can get the free “Core” version that just uses his freeware, and then add his plugins over time as you buy them. (There’s a different one on sale every week and the prices are always good.) I got it for a crazy good deal on Black Friday, but it’s basically a plugin that can do almost any effect you can think of.

not as an FX plugin , but I trust deeply on Metasynth for such tasks

and I'm very likely not the only one...

If your system is compatible and you can manage the political pain and have no expectations of future development, 2C Audio's Kaleidoscope is pretty sweet. Coupled with Patchpool's libraries and there are some amazing possibilities with it.
