It's very good, but takes no prisoners with the CPU usage. At least you can actually hear that it's justifying it though..

Looks like the whole range has had its update, with the right click colour tabs and refreshed browser / menu design.

Just installing the update to Analog Lab now.

Just updated Analog Lab, the fonts seem to be much better to me and the new instrument presets have also been added. Just by demoing the presets via Analog Lab, the CS 80 & Prophet 5 both sound good as of now.

Yup, all looking and sounding good. It's a nice update - the MS20 especially - but for the moment I think I'll hold fire and wait for the next round of discounts (Black Friday?)

Usually around BF, yes. Owners of versions earlier (than V8) also get an additional discount if they wait longer (probably some point in the first half of 2023).

Of course, all that is subject to change - I'm sure they'll look at their numbers when deciding.

We might hear more in a few days about it. The way they've worded it somewhat implies something more.. IE their DSP engineers were talking to Korg's engineers..

MPE added to several instruments... CS80, Jun6, Jup8, OB-Xa, Prophet, CZ, EmulatorII, MS20, Vocoder

Too bad not on the DX7, CMI and Synclavier
