When I put the serial code in,I get a message that I already have them on multiple devices (no) and I need to disable them on said devices before they can be activated.

Pulling hair out ,going bald.

Magix have no contact email of course arrrggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

P.S. Dumbo strikes again,I did not click the little arrow which showed my activation history.
All I had to do was deactivate my old installs and activate again on new PC install.
