I've got into Dr. Bonkers IRs and I think they're my favorite 4x12s in my kit I've assembled since 2009, with his Hiwatt and Harry Kolbe as my favorites. Roughly $10 a pack.

The best t IRs (used by Howard Benson and CLA with STL, Neural DSP etc) are by Jens Borgan https://bogrendigital.com/collections/all
His stuff is used by everyone, he has the best tight 4x12 Marshall cab IRs etc I ever heard, just check out how STL tones Howard Benson's Modded Plexi Marshall sounds with the Is, nothing tighter, I thought it w as STL until I checked out Borgan's IRs, there is no turning back once you try them.

This thread is gold. Currently only using Cubase Reverence IR's. Can recommend: https://www.patreon.com/posts/room041-55993203 (https://www.patreon.com/posts/room041-55993203)- Banned

dunno, Jen Borgan, Howard Benson etc then Neural DSP been the best high gain amp sims and IRs...
the goal is to get the closest to the amp, this means the amp should growl, dynamically pick up you playing crescendo style arps, scratches etc, the feedback, Chunky lowness and all depending on speaker air.

Anyone know where I can find some 'coloring'/tone impulse responses? For example I noticed a few nebula library sites have tones from an API 2500, Oberheim preamp, various mixing consoles, etc.
