Okay, dumb question:
I connected the new 2TB solid state drive. I can see it on my laptop. Perfect.
I see it has a “set up” file for Windows (as well as for Mac).
Do I do anything with that if I am using the drive to store sample libraries (to stream to applications on my C Drive)?
Or just start placing the sample library files on the drive?
Thanks!

Probably it comes with some software bundled (maybe some backup software etc.), but you don't need to install anything to use it as a regular drive.
Take a single oscillator, producing a drone. Send it to the wave shaper, altering the tone.
