Could be anything whats the song as vocals kick in.

The full album can be heard here. It's a 1980 record. I'd assume it's the same drum machine on all tracks and the track in the example has been heavily processed through a resonant filter and distortion. From the tracks that are less processed, my money is on the Roland CR-78 or something from the same line.
