Good for you -- the race to zero for plugins has created terrible false expectations of what software should cost.

Thanks for fixing the AU bug with Gig Performer - quite a lot of our users are running Purity with our MIDI file player plugin - it's incredibly convenient for those hundreds of thousands of GM MIDI files all over the place.

Sonic Cat has updated Purity, the workstation and PCM Sound Module/ROMpler software, to version 1.4.1.

Changes:
New patch bank: Acidwork Bank / 128 patches (total 1,622 patches).
Setup: Tuning Scale: Scala(.scl) file supported.
MacOS: crash fixed in Cubase running on 10.14 Mojave.
MacOS: some user data path problem fixed.

Thanks for the heads up. It's great to see Purity still being developed. It really is a wonderful and in my opinion highly underrated synth.

However the update crashed FL Studio is less than two minutes. I'm going to do some more testing. I was supposed to get back to Skycha on some earlier crash issues but completely spaced it out. :dog:

EDIT: If you are using Purity in FL Studio try enabling Fixed Size Buffers on FL's wrapper troubleshooting page.

Where is the .scl tuning file option? I can't find it with the latest update. Nothing in the manual either.

Hi, was your issue just buffer size? :?:

Sorry for the inconvenience. We checked this issue that there is no popup in some systems. We are working fix. Thanks, :tu:

Not the system buffer size but the "Use Fixed Size Buffers" option in FL Studio's wrapper seems to have fixed the issue so far.

I'll let you know if I encounter any other issue in other DAWs. :tu:

No worries, and thank you!
Also, check out MTS-ESP tuning while you are at it. Easy to implement, and enable to tune Purity together with many other instruments.

This synth is so good.
Strong D-50/M1 vibes with some light processing.

Such a great rompler! Really one of the best synths. Just as good as a Motif in my opinion.
I wonder if Ravity will be updated as well for 64bit, etc?

We have no plan for Ravity yet. :(
Have there been any thoughts recently on creating a 64-bit Ravity?

What do we want? Ravity 64
When do we want it? Now
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.
