Thank you. I asked as when I looked at the SYN2_MAX_Multis.zip file a few weeks ago, I saw only 60 Multis. I have redownloaded it today and now see 208 Multis (43 in Syn1 format, and 65 + 100 in Syn2 format).

I appreciate you posting these number periodically. Helps to give a clearer picture of how the pace is going. As happy as I am to see the pace pick up a bit, it still seems more likely we WON'T hit 3000 by the current deadline. Hope is not completely extinguished though. The nuclear option is last minute 2nd buy-ins, as long as those Multis are enough of a draw.

Or IK just do the decent thing and give everyone the extra couple of synths (or at least the multis which are unavailable any other way) if its just a few short...they would have made a lot of money if they only hit 2875 (almost 150, 000 Euro)

I bought Syntronik 2 MAX back when it first came out but I haven't received any notification of new multis. How would I go about accessing those? In IK Product Manager it shows that everything is up to date but I haven't installed anything in a couple of months so it doesn't look like the multis are added through IK PM. Thanks.

I'm kind of counting on the human nature of not wanting to miss out on a bargain so there might a flurry of activity near the deadline.

Below is all I see in my "User Area", I've checked each of those sections and there is no “SYN2_MAX_Multis” installer anywhere. Can you please let me know which section I would find this installer or an alternate way I can download that installer?

Instructions for installing the new Multis for Syntronik 2 MAX

1. Log in to your IK User Area
2. Select “My Products" and select the "Software" tab
3. Find the Syntronik 2 MAX tab and click on the "Sounds Downloads" tab to find your download
4. Once installed, you’ll be able to load and play your new Syntronik 2 Multis from the Layers page in Syntronik 2

Ok, I see it now thanks. Also, just received an email from IK support with those steps so all Syntronik MAX users should have them now hopefully.

Had the email this afternoon, though following the steps in the email (same as the above ones) I get this popup when I press 'Sounds Downloads':

Sounds expired? You can reactivate ALL of your sounds downloads access by purchasing 1 (one) 'Download Reactivation Credit' in IK Multimedia's webstore. Reactivation will open download access for 180 days for all registered products. Once you have purchased it, come back here and click 'Reactivate'. We recommend that you keep a backup copy of your downloaded files.

Found a date calculator website and it looks like I bought Syntronik 2 Max 183 days ago - hopefully I've not been chastised from this free download by being an early adopter ....

If the final tally falls short, from a tax standpoint, IK might do well to gift some site-licenses to music schools, based on the missing number of customers. and then write it off as a business expense or charitable contribution. Might help long-term sales as the students age into broke-ass peniless musicians with a wallet full of plastic, and a habit

I would bet that means the extra multis were put in a different place than normal smaller updates would be placed. I have contacted the team on this, thanks for posting

Thanks Peter Yesterday I noticed that Syntronik KW-8000 in my Product Manager->Sounds has the 'Update' icon by it (all the other syntronik 2 synths just have the normal 'installed' icon), not sure if things have got a bit muddled up internally ?

Try looking under "Download Resources" instead of "Sounds Downloads". In my case of Syntronik Deluxe, that is where my multis download is still available. The sounds downloads are all expired, but the software, manuals, and multis are all still there.
