email them..
they reset mine twice (over a year or two year period) before I finally bought it.. (that they were so willing to reset it without fuss played a big part in me eventually buying it)

Kilohearts customer service is very responsive! They worked me a deal recently when all the regular snapins were released for free in the Essentials bundle, and I asked about the ones that I had purchased earlier this year.

Must say that the current $99 sale for Phase Plant, with the addition of the free Snap Heap and Kilohearts Essentials snapin bundle, is a killer deal!!! You really don't need to buy anything else from them, unless you just want to add the premium stuff.

New modulation improvements are very cool, update seems very good so far. Phase Plant is awesome.

The snapheap and multipass environments are outrageously useful.

I can’t believe they’re advertising the modulation as “audio rate.” It’s horrible. Also, really awkwardly implemented.

Watch "All Serum's Warp Modes in PhasePlant - Bend, Asym, Remap, Ring Mod, Sync, PWM, etc" video.



There is no clear definition of "Wave Shaping", but things that Serum's Warp can do is now, part of phaseplant's capability.

Remap of Phaseplant is vector type similar to Vital. Not like bar graph type such as Falcon or Zebra. So it is easy to draw shaping wave form.

(The menu is located under right click on the LFO tigger button bottom left of each LFO instance)
