Don't expect wonders from such an old computer... and, don't expect software to be compatible for long with such an old OS.
If you're short on money, and, 200 € is your budget, then you will get much more bang for the buck with a used Windows laptop. At least that one can run a contemporary OS. The 2011 iMac will run High Sierra, as the last Mac OS X version (that's version 10.13).
