Damnit! I am now looking at one of these pretty seriously, since I already bought a tele style guitar.

*I should be good on guitars after that.

just picked up an all solid sapele (top, back and sides) Martin (MiM) 000 10E and am impressed with it. didn't know if i would like the richlite bridge and fretboard but it's okay. i think i may eventually get a compensated saddle and nut made of bone installed... if i live that long lol it plays wonderfully so all in all it is a fine guitar for the price and i am quite happy with it

Nice! Martins have their own tone going on. I've always had issues with synthetic fretboards, though.

Must be nice to be able to do that, try stuff out heh. Yeah, I still can't get over the Suhr, at least
I think it fortunate that I waited to get the Strat vs the Tele. This one's gonna cost me, and then
I will be afraid to touch it, lol (kidding), though, I still wont play the new Tele without putting
on a shirt as I don't want to sweat all over it. It's still too nice.
