Battery powered sound system

I've been searching for a decent speaker to perform a techno live act in the street with bitwig and an apc40.
Something quite loud, battery powered, bassy (mandatory for techno), for a little crowd (10-20 people° for the music day in france (not for a 10000 free party buds !)
I was adviced a boomtone mobile 15 UHF by a shop owner but I was amazed than such a big 15 " boomer makes soo weak basses, I at first throught it was broken ! Even the small JBL on the go was way better on the low range frequencies.
My second choice was a jbl party 310 which is available anywhere.
I would have choiced the 710 but it is not battery powered.
So my third choice would be a pair of JBL party 110.

What do you think of this choice in this price range, 700 € ?
I think it will be as loud as 1 jbl 130 with a greater stereo field spread.

like the main street in town, or outside your home in the street?

Bass costs a lot of energy, so on batteries you either get lots of bass in a short time, or weak bass for an hour (or two)
Stereo spread outdoors? That's not going to happen.

I have a small party system for 10 to 20 people. It's two 15" mackie subs and a pair of powered tops with 10s. It fits into my car with the stands. The bass drops off quickly.

battery, youre going to get very little time at max power, and very little bass with the power a battery set up has, unless you go some new unreleased as yet, lithium battery powered system, that might get you a touch of extra power.

battery, youre going to get very little time at max power, and very little bass with the power a battery set up has, unless you go some new unreleased as yet, lithium battery powered system, that might get you a touch of extra power.

I asked cafe last year and they disagreed, in my area, they prefer po/rock grouos, EDM is not very popular.
That's why my choice could be 2 JBL party 110 speakers, lithium battery until 18 hours life time and low range spectrum is good (even very good with bass boost on)..

don't know much about battery set ups im sorry, we always hauled a small generator, which may not be practical in a main street anyway.

18 hours seems reasonable for a set, you ought to sleep at some point anyway.

The guy that fixed our roof today had a radio that ran on the same battery pack type as his power drills: a Makita DMR107. He said it works for a full day at least when not set full blast.

It has 3.5mm mini jack aux in and bluetooth to pair your phone or laptop with. Costs abt €150 without battery pack.

Delivered power is 7W. Does not sound much, but volume was decent, not too offending for acoustic acts 100m away. We had a guitar player in the band with a dinky 10W amp that blew away my 120W stack.

They're pretty much designed to do what you want to do.

As an alternative to an all in one solution. Large capacity battery packs (say 250+ watt hours) can be found fairly cheap online. With one of those, I'm able to run a single Yamaha DBR12 for a few hours at a decent volume, and it's likely cheaper than a full minirig setup (cool little speakers, but quite expensive).

I see that not all of us mean the same thing when we talk about acceptable bass for a small group of people with electronic music.

I phoned yesterday to thomann and I was adviced to purchase a soundboks gen 3 (1000 € !) or Bose S1.

Ask again. at a different shop. Say it's just for music, without spelling out offending genre details.
