PC, Mac or iOS is fine. Strongly prefer plugin format, as opposed to standalone.

As you seem to have the real thing, its clearly VCV Rack. As you find tons of replicas of real modules, it can also preserve your patches. If you run Bitwig as DAW, you would already get a modular with it, and have the best integration for CV control of an Eurorack on top… Best is VCV in Bitwig…
On iOS miRack is an early VCV fork…

You're pretty brave for trying to dip your toes into the virtual modular rack pool. For instance, over at SoloStuff, you get a glimpse of a very good, comprehensive and affordable modular VSTi called SoloRack 2. I say "glimpse" because there are only four tutorials. There are also, however, several looks at his mathematical works which, from a musician's perspective, is intimidating. To me, anyway.
If you can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.
