Ableton needs another bundle option?

I'm thinking about updating to Ableton 11 Suite from 10 Suite. It would be great if they had another option without all the sound packs, instruments and effects at the extra cost. I would gladly downgrade to the standard version but I use the sampler so it would end up costing the a little more to get standard and the sampler. It would be nice if there was a version of standard version with a few extras like Sampler , Wavetable, and Hybrid Reverb. It's amazing that they are on version 11 and Sampler is still not part of the standard version. What are your thoughts?

I agree that Sampler should be in the Standard version.

With that said, Simpler is very capable and has received more updates than Sampler, so I think that’s their focus. Still, Sampler is easier to work with when mapping samples to velocity and key ranges.

I even think the Ableton Live community would benefit from more user created content for Sampler if it were included in Standard.

I don’t think a new bundle is needed… just please add Sampler to the standard version.

There is no need for Yet Another Version, they can bundle products in their store, Max For Cats, Gold Baby and other devs have bundles there (they even warn with a yellow "Available as bundle" tag in the separate product's thumbnail).

Of course, they wouldn't make it as cheap as Suite, it would be like Wavetable + Operator for 210 instead of 258 (which you could hope would be included in sales), or something like that.

I do think it is possible they move Sampler to Standard, but that would obviously follow some big additions to Suite, not simply make Suite worse for no reason.

Way back when I had Live and Sampler became something available,the license was bought. It felt like Live was missing that one thing to make it satisfactory for me,in spite of Simpler being there.
I am surprised,after Bitwig's addition of a sampler,that they didn't move in that direction. In fact when I upgraded from 8 to 10 I also had to pay for the upgraded Sampler as well. I'm too entrenched in working in Live to get angry enough to switch tho.
