I really like the Arturia FX. They are very good! I often use the delays, reverb, eqs, and tape mellow. I am looking forward to trying that new distortion.

I did the update before I left the house this morning. haven't had a chance to test yet.
I'm excited to try them tho. I kind of get the impression the latest Arturia stuff is working toward better saturation/distortion, etc. (including the new V Collection synths)
I guess this makes sense. There are plenty of great 'clean' plugins/processes out there.. but the non-linear stuff is the holy grail.
I don't know what I'm talking about, but anyway.

I’m in for 29 bucks…I do wish Arturia would make a ‘rack’ (like analog lab but for fx) so we could load and have presets for combined fx etc
X32 and 24C mixers, S88MK3, Live + PUSH 3, Osmose, RedShift 6, Pro3, S4, Tempera, Syntakt, Digitone, OP1-F, OPXY, TR-1000, Eurorack, TD27 Drums, Guitars, Basses, Amps and of course lots of pedals!

What I really was hoping for was the Comp VCA-65 to add an advanced feature that lets you change the dbx 165-style soft knee to a dbx 160-style hard knee.

so 29 euro for 2 distortions, well if you can eventually sell fragments...

That, paired with the AUTO setting, should reproduce the dbx 160’s behaviour, for added functionality and value.

I was thinking of buying a Sans bass pedal not too long ago, so in a way this is kinda saving me money. Pity that I still totally suck at bass.
That tube amp tho... criminy its CPU hit goes to 11 faster than the knobs, even on Studio. Yowza.

Yes, and I think UHE has said he is doing as well…and of course there is snapheap/multi and…it seems obvious when you have 20+ small fx most of which will always be used in some combination…I can imagen them using the analog lab type framework, we just need combi presets and maybe some routing options…but I guess they could add some more advanced options like multi pass…modulation etc…

And then there is also Guitar Rig. Many people seem to glance over that as a multi purpose FX rack because of the amp sims. But it is so much more than that. I don't ever use it for guitar.SLiC wrote: Sat Jun 18, 2022 7:10 amYes, and I think UHE has said he is doing as well…and of course there is snapheap/multi and…it seems obvious when you have 20+ small fx most of which will always be used in some combination…I can imagen them using the analog lab type framework, we just need combi presets and maybe some routing options…but I guess they could add some more advanced options like multi pass…modulation etc…
