Guitar Rig 6 LE vs. GR 6 Player

Are those both actually the same, or are they slightly different? I saw that LE was in a bundle of plugins and was interested in buying it, but if it's free (like the Player version) I can just download that anytime anyway.

When I ran a search it seems they are the same, but on the NI website it doesn't mention LE anywhere.
