No hurry but it would be nice to have ... Anyway a big thank you to everyone involved in keeping Surge alive and for the enhancements ...
This feature will be complete in the next nightly and will be in our production release late spring/early summer.
Oh also: it's a good reminder to make sure things end up in GitHub! The 3 year old GH issue had a link to your request which is why I remembered to post this.

Is the Royal skin that was in Surge 1.8 also available for Surge XT?
SeBaer wrote: Tue Jan 18, 2022 8:41 pm Will the Royal Surge Skin make a comeback? It loads on Surge XT, when copied over from Surge 1.9, but it glitches.

In the meantime, I have managed to get in touch with Voger Design team (thankfully they're safe!). They will be updating the skin, so with some luck the updated skin could coincide with Surge XT 1.1 release (date still not decided).

a small problem with the VST3 version has occurred. I can not open a project with three tracks with VST2 and three tracks with VST3. My DAW is StudioOne 5. if I disable the VST3 version in the DAW, the project can be opened, otherwise it crashes. Where can I send the crash log?
My OS is BigSur.
thanks in advance

Which exact Surge versions are in question (both for VST2 and VST3 instances)?

I apologize for not expressing myself accurately. The VST2-version is 1.6.2 and VST3- version is SURGE XT 1.0.0

... for test purposes I have now installed the "NIGHTLEY-BUILD" version 1.1.0 (VST3). I can open the project in StudioOne 5 - no crash-, but the old tracks in the 1.0.0 version are not recognized as instrument track (no instrument).
This is already better and more stable than before!

Tentatively planned around mid-July. Possibly early August.
