Massive X is 50 % OFF until June 30.
And all preset expansions are free with it.
Massive X or Zebra 2?
Decisions, decisions...
I'll have to demo both now...

Yes, I too would love a chance to buy all the expansion if the price was right.Vortifex wrote: Wed Jun 22, 2022 12:46 pm Great deal for a new customer, but tbh it stings a little as someone who already owns it. There doesn't seem to be a separate deal for existing owners.

Bought it again after selling my license something about a year ago. It's still not M1 native, but runs quite nicely rosetta'ed. Looking at the system requirements, Intel CPUs with AVX OR Apple Silicon are needed. So I suspect a native version sometime in the future. As I sold it, it didn't even start... really missed it. It's one of the best synths around IMHOXorXisT wrote: Tue Jun 21, 2022 11:38 pm Massive X is 50 % OFF until June 30.

Zebra is so difficult somehow. Just like Hive which I sold.

Zebra is super easy, and Hive is even easier...

Yeah, I kinda know I'm dumb... It's ok. I've been living with it for quite some time.
jokes aside, it's just the way they work that just doesn't gel with me for some (maybe stupid) reason. Massive on the other hand feels easy to me, and I'm quite happy to be able to use it again

Plus even with (pun) massive presets it doesn't tax one CPU core above 40%.... for a plugin of that caliber running under Rosetta it's.... astonishing. can't wait for a native version.

Zebra is relatively simple for something a bit modular as is phase plant that has sort of replaced zebra for me (there, I said it!) but anything with a bit of modularity will be more difficult than a fixed architecture synths (and that includes Massive X which I didn't find very intuitive) so I totally get it...sometimes simple is best and limitations direct workflow!

I wouldn't say it's easy. None of the more complex synths are really easy.
Hive is reasonably easy though, that's true. Nice one page concept.

The time I had it, it never really spoke to me the way other synths do.... quite a pity because the presets were nice.chk071 wrote: Sat Jun 25, 2022 10:14 am I wouldn't say it's easy. None of the more complex synths are really easy.
