do some research, mackie bankrupt many software companies, and we hope it wont happen to rawmaterial

example look what happened to all their plugins they used to "sell" which is now going to be free for T

2.lock automation to clips

Not that I know of. Jules posted a sarcastic response in the "Jules is Dead" thread, making no indication that he was bothered at all.

I have already confirmed loop audio recording. I personally made a feature request for merging audi clips ages ago, i can say with some certainty it's looking good

regarding the automation question, that is something i need to check up on, as I am genuinely not sure

I can say something about the second one. it's an algorythm you all know and love.

I do realise the current timestretch in Tracktion is undesirable. Put it this way, i doubt you'll need to slave acid or live from T2 anymore (especially if you are into loop work)
