This from Best Service:
Native Instruments Blowout Sale offers 33% off Komplete 13, Komplete 13 Ultimate & Komplete 13 Ultimate Collector's Edition - only as long as stock lasts.
The stock clearout usually precedes the next version’s release, so I’m going for September.

OK, so what’s the tally now? What have been the new products since K13’s release? Also, do we think there’s a new version of Kontakt due?

(Handy cut and paste general moan comment below for those of that persuasion to save your fingers from all that typing)

I bloody hate NI, they stopped being innovative years ago. It’s just endless Kontakt library bloat. The last good thing they did was in 1753 when they made the Lute. They’ll probably go subscription, and I hate that. I hate them, did I mention that? Don’t waste your money. Instead you should spend your money on ****INSERT YOUR FAVOURITE DEVELOPER HERE****

Posts like these is why I kind of detest KVR Audio these days. Not enough that someone expresses so much hate towards a company (and ultimately their customers), no, there are also appeals to boycott them, and buy elsewhere.

Seriously, what's wrong with you?

Apologies, I missed that indeed.

Shows how much I expect stuff like that here though. :? And the OP obviously does as well.

I wouldn't be surprised if v14 came in the next week or 2 ...the truth is - it's so much there that to know it all inside out will take some time - this v14 looks like it's only useful for film composers etc... not much new ground covered synth wise.. they filling up the gaps with some guitars ,
the piano colors release seems interesting if you want 'more pianos' :ud: ..
no go for masses I guess.. Always better to get it 2nd hand anyway...

No worries, it just felt like it had to be done :D
For what it’s worth I own KU13, Maschine and an S49 Mk2 so I am pretty well invested ;-)

K13UCE owner here, looking forward to (hopefully) Action Strings 2 being added in. It was added just after I purchased Komplete and I sounds so good! Playbox also looks interesting. Some of the session libraries would also be much appreciated.

We shall have to wait and see :D Hopefully it'll be worth the upgrade when it rolls around

Would be great to see Absynth 6.
If less is more, imagine how much more MORE will be.

If I remember correctly NI included ALL their products until release date of K13UCE when that was released. I expect them to do the same this time. Which would include even their latest guitar library in that case.

The Absynth developer (Brian Clevinger) left NI years ago, unfortunately.
