Hi Attila
Thank you, yes locking notes is working now but I've still discovered some bugs please find video below
Is there any way to have the VST independent so it doesn't follow the actual position of your locators in Ableton you used to have this feature originally on the earlier RC.
I've noticed inside mutator you can't apply locators so for instance if I just wanted the middle part of the pattern to loop around why you change parts it doesn't let you.
As you can see from the video randomising progression doesn't work

Here's the video of some more bugs that I've found in regards to note length also there needs to be a feature where you can input the amount of spaces between notes that way you're going to get closer to the results that you're looking for when you regenerate. In modern generator
Also showed you the problem here with the locator and why it needs to be independent and the fact that you can't add locators inside mutator.
Thanks

Can you get good results in spite of all the bugs? I want to buy this but I'm wondering if I should wait.

Thanks, lovemusic15!
I managed to reproduce the 'randomize progression' bug, which is being fixed.
Also I'll check your other videos...
Thanks,
Attila

Yes mate definitely get good results in my opinion it's the best thing about RC for when you wanna get useful results based on what you put into it.

If you let me know the main reason why you use it I'll let you know if it's beneficial for you

I have a ton of midi files. I want to "remix" them easily and come up with new melodies.lovemusic15 wrote: Sat Jul 02, 2022 5:27 pm If you let me know the main reason why you use it I'll let you know if it's beneficial for you

Trying out the demo version and I don't have any sound. What am I doing wrong?
edit: Never mind. I figured it out but we definitely need a walkthrough video.

Been playing around with this since I last sent the last message it really needs the option to add different sized rest in between notes when regenerating with modern rhythm. It's the one important thing that's missing when it comes to generating new rhythms.
So at the moment you can choose what length notes you want to be regenerated but you need the same option with rest.
If you could implement that then I'd like to do some videos to show the other uses the real benefits of this this midi mutator.
Thanks
