You should consider saving up for a modern computer build.

You know what, i did upgraded my cpu last week, even have more modern one with GTX 1080ti , but still i preffere to use CPU friendly plugins cause it feels dirty when you play a few chords and still hear some crackles.But i get your perspective, its just ive seen this thing about devs not optimizing their code and bloating code with cpu calls that slowdown the software since like early 90s , Its really unnecessary for sound generators to use so much cpu power.
I dont want to keep patching the leaking pipe with stronger ducttapes(stronger cpu), i prefere to replace the pipe thats just not built that well.

Cpu is a central processing unit, gtx 1080ti is a graphic processing unit, it has no effect on audio plugins. Like 0 effect. What CPU you got?
