Judging from your picture :
- Your Daw is FL Studio
- Transfuser is a plugin which activates by Ilok
- .big files are Transfuser content

what I've done for now as a lame workaround is unzipped the .big files and then drag the elements on the ui.

I think I got it working. The default path still isn't properly recognized, but at least I have something.
For some reason I can't navigate to C:\ProgramData\Air Music Technology\Transfuser
So I created a windows shortcut to it and placed the shortcut somewhere that transfuer could get to*

Audio->1->c:\<path to shortcut>
Then I opened the extracted files from within the UI (not the exact same, pretty much the workaround... could quite likely be the fact that transfuser cannot see the path, so maybe I need to move the files to a diff path) (i.e. regedit -> Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\AIRMusicTech\Transfuser edit "Content" REG_SZ path)
Edit: that didn't work (i.e. moving the .big files to a diff path. Transfuser content still shows up as empty). I have to use the extracted .big files and their content

after detaching the window inside fl studio. I was able to see a full screen of transfuser
clicked Gear (settings)
"content location" dropdown
set to where I had the .big files (that matched my registry entry).
still empty "factory" pane

fixed:
do the same steps as above
but a key piece I was missing was
"restart required" message popped up.
I simply copy and pasted the correct path in
C:\ProgramData\Air Music Technology\Transfuser\
